Yellowstone Season 6: Is Another Season in the Works? Will Beth and Rip Spinoff Happen?

After five seasons, Yellowstone has come to an end and what a series finale it was! But fans want Yellowstone season 6, even though the season 5 ending showed most of the characters getting a happy ending. Thankfully, they won’t have to wait long with 1923 season 2 coming along.

Is a Beth and Rip Spinoff of Yellowstone Happening? Is this Yellowstone Season 6?

Variety has confirmed that the Yellowstone saga might not get an official season 6, but Kelly Reilly and Cole Hauser will reprise their characters as Beth and Rip in a new spinoff series. It was first reported in August that Hauser and Reilly were shooting for more episodes beyond season 5. 

It is being reported that the title of the spinoff will have the name of Yellowstone in it. What’s interesting is that the Beth and Rip spinoff will be the first direct sequel of the show because other spinoffs like 1923 and 1883 were prequels. This one will probably be set right in the present day and most probably after the events of Yellowstone season 5. 

Fans will probably be delighted at this news because Beth has been a favorite character for a long time. While, it isn’t Yellowstone season 6, but it’s undoubtedly the next best thing.
