Yellowstone Prequel 1923 Season 2 Release date and Teaser Revealed

Finally, the 1923 Season 2 release date as well as two teasers have been revealed by Paramount+. This news comes as a surprise after a lot of uncertainty regarding the future of the Yellowstone prequel series which was rumored to end after season 1. 1923 Season 2 Release date and Teasers

The release date of 1923 season 2 has been revealed. Also, two teasers for 1923 season 2 have been released till now. In the first teaser, we hear Spencer Dutton say that he is “needed in Montana.” He also says, “My family is in danger, I don’t have time!” Check it out here:

In the second teaser, Jacob Dutton can be heard saying, “This ranch is under attack. Our way of life is under attack. I’m asking you to protect them.” Check it out here:

It’s clear from the teasers that Jacob and Cara are ready to fight to keep their ranch, no matter the cost. Meanwhile, Spencer is trying to come home, unaware that Alexandra has ventured out to find him.

How many Episodes are in 1923 Season 2?

1923 season 2 has eight episodes. In an interview with Deadline, Taylor Sheridan, the co-creator, revealed that he wanted to tell the story in two blocks. He said, “This one is different than '1883' where I had the whole thing blocked out in my head. This one, I had no idea what I was going to do. I just went on a journey myself."

Sheridan then informed the network that he needed more episodes to tell this story. He said, “I need to do this in two blocks. An eight-episode block and a second eight-episode block to wrap this up. I can’t wrap it up in two episodes and do the story justice." This could mean that 1923 season 2 is the last season for this Yellowstone prequel.
