What Happened in Yellowstone Season 5 Episode 10?

In Yellowstone season five, episode ten, Jamie finally confronted the truth that his girlfriend, Sarah Atwood (Dawn Oliveri), was behind the murder of his father. She had help from Market Equities, a powerful real estate company aiming to take over the Dutton family ranch.
