What’s Coming to Starz in August 2024

August 2024 will see an exciting lineup of movies and TV shows being added to the streaming service, as well as several titles exiting the platform. Let’s take a closer look.

Some of the highlights of the month include the season finales of the first season of the Nico Annan starrer, Down in the Valley, as well as the second season of Samantha Morton and Minnie Driver’s The Serpent Queen.

Film enthusiasts can watch several interesting titles, such as movies of the Jason Bourne franchise (first four), Spoiler Alert, Ordinary Angels, Armageddon Time, M3GAN, and more.

Highlights

Down in the Valley Season 1 Finale

Down in the Valley explores the lives of Southern warriors, revealing their powerful stories of resilience and the beauty of the human spirit. After six episodes, the docuseries will conclude on Friday, Aug. 2, at midnight on the STARZ app and at 9:00 p.m. ET in the US.

The Serpent Queen Season 2 Finale

The Serpent Queen is a historical drama starring Samantha Morton as Catherine de Medici. The show reveals the intricacies of court politics, personal rivalries, and Catherine's rise from an orphaned Italian noblewoman to the queen consort of France. Season 2 will conclude on Friday, Aug. 30, at midnight on the STARZ app and at 8:00 p.m. ET in the US.
