We don't know about you, but we love to laugh a lot - it's the ideal way to decompress after a long day at the office. More times than we can count, Whose Line Is It Anyway? has been the perfect solution to our laughing situation. If you want to watch the show online as much as we do, we're going to help you through it.
Whose Line Is It Anyway first aired back in 1998 and, until 2007, it was hosted by Drew Carey over on ABC. Since 2013, Aisha Tyler took on the host job when the show was revived by The CW. Ryan Stiles, Colin Mochrie, and Wayne Brady continue to be the regulars of the show, while other guests join in from time to time. The show is full of funny moments as the participants keep improvising based on set topics.

The new season kickstarts on June 17th, taking on the 9 PM timeslot over on The CW. If you want to watch the show online, we'll guide you through the process.
Nowadays, we consume a lot of content online and we believe we have the freedom to do so anywhere, which is partly true. I say "partly" because if we're talking about live TV platforms and live TV services, there are some limitations given by the country's borders. In short, due to licensing deals, these platforms are all geoblocked. If you travel abroad, you're going to have to get creative on how you watch these because you need to change your IP address. To easily solve the issue in a matter of seconds, we suggest you subscribe to a VPN service. Here's what you need to do.
We're sorry to tell you, but The CW website doesn't feature a live stream that you can use to watch whatever they're broadcasting on TV. You can, however, watch a lot of shows after they've aired, but that's a different story and we're going to get to that one quite soon.
We live in the digital era and we've become accustomed to doing everything online, whether we're talking about listening to music, reading the news, or chatting with our friends. Watching TV is, thankfully, also quite possible thanks to the many live TV platforms that have launched in recent years. They're far cheaper than cable is and there is no contract to tie you down, which means that you can quit your subscription at any time with no consequences. You can also watch your favorite shows wherever you may be when they start, whether that's at the office or on the bus. All you need is to have a device that's compatible with the platform you're watching on and an Internet connection.
fuboTV - We're kicking off the list with fuboTV, which is a great platform with a ton of great channels, particularly sports ones. In the past few months, they've added quite a few entertainment channels, so they appeal more to families. CW is one of the channels that set up the fubo bundle, so you can check that one out. If you need more channels, you can add a bunch of packs, as well as several premium networks.
Hulu - Another platform we can discuss is Hulu, which is a great service that only features a single bundle. The $44.99 per month subscription covers access to dozens of channels, as well as the full video on demand library that Hulu prides itself with. The CW is part of this main bundle, but if you want more content, you can get it by adding the two-channel packs they have to offer, as well as the premium networks on the list.
YouTube TV - The list also includes YouTube TV, which is another single-bundle platform that comes with some great features, including unlimited Cloud DVR storage space. The subscription costs $49.99 per month and includes access to dozens of channels, including The CW. No channel packs are available here, but you can add premium networks if you really want more.
DirecTV Now - The list continues with DirecTV Now, which is a platform with a ton of customization options. There are seven bundles you can pick between as you start off, two of which were added this spring, namely Plus and Max. The other five bundles are Entertainment, Choice, Xtra, Ultimate, and Optimo Mas, which got a make-over in the spring as well, as they were given new names and new prices. The CW is present in most of the bundles we just enumerated - Plus, Max, Entertainment, Choice, Xtra, and Ultimate. In the event that you need more content, there are a couple of packs you can add featuring Spanish channels and a few with International channels. Plus, you can also add a bunch of premium networks.
Absolutely! The CW is one of the few channels that are left still broadcasting over the air. This means that you can use a TV antenna to watch your favorite shows quite easily, much as many cord cutters do. These devices are relatively cheap and they enable you to watch TV for free, which instantly makes them pretty great. There are only a few channels that still broadcast over the air, of course, which means your viewing options aren't that wide, but you can't complain since you're not paying a dime.
Before you move forward and make a purchase, we do suggest you visit NoCable, which is a platform that tells you what channels broadcast over the air in your location. Plus, it will also tell you how strong the broadcast signal is for each, which will help you determine what range to look for in an antenna. We've already made a recommendation in terms of devices, but you can do your own research if this one doesn't feel right.
Yes! In fact, The CW has this special platform they call CW Seed where you can watch a lot of content from their network for free, including Whose Line Is It Anyway. You have full seasons at your disposal and you can watch them whenever you feel like it. Currently, they have 15 seasons online, which means there are loads of Drew Carry episodes too. If you have a Hulu VOD subscription or are looking to get one, you'll also find four seasons over there.
You can also purchase some of the seasons online, or individual episodes, from various platforms including Vudu, Amazon Prime, YouTube, Google Play, Microsoft Store, and iTunes. Make sure to check them all out because they may have deals to offer.
