The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is a show that's part of Marvel's Phase 4, and it picks up after Avengers: Endgame, when Sam Wilson, aka the Falcon, gets past Captain America's shield.
Now, the man who received Cap's shield is partnering up with Steve Rogers' best friend, Bucky - aka the Winter Soldier. They're not entirely on good terms, but they have to find a way to work together if they're going to take down any friends coming their way.

When and Where to Watch The Falcon and the Winter Soldier?
If you're going to watch The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, you need to head over to Disney Plus starting with March 19th, 2021. The show will have six episodes in total, each lasting north of 40 minutes. Much like it's happening with WandaVision, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier will get weekly episodes.

Watching The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is going to be fairly easy to do if you have a Disney Plus subscription. If you don't, you should definitely get one, especially as more Marvel content is coming soon.

Disney Plus offers a monthly subscription rate of $6.99 right now, but the price is to go up to $7.99 starting March 26th, 2021. The yearly plan will also go up to $79.99 from $69.99.
The service can also be obtained by subscribing to a bundle that includes Hulu and ESPN+, which is now $12.99 per month (will be $13.99 at the end of March).
Disney Plus offers a ton of Disney movies and shows, as well as content from National Geographic, Marvel, Pixar, and Star Wars. It also features lots of new movies and shows that are original to the service.

Can You Watch The Falcon and the Winter Soldier Without Disney Plus?
Unfortunately, there is no legal option to watch this show without a subscription to Disney Plus. The show is a Disney Plus original, so this is the only place you get to enjoy it. While there is hope it will one day end up on Hulu, for now it's locked on Disney Plus.
