This year, we celebrate one of the biggest accomplishments humanity has had - 50 years since the Apollo 11 mission when humans finally stepped on the Moon. On the anniversary day, BBC America will broadcast Moon Landing Live so we can relive the special feelings people had at that time watching this marvellous event on TVs. This time, however, we can watch the Moon landing online.
On the anniversary of the Apollo 11 mission, BBC America will broadcast Moon Landing Live on Saturday, July 20th, retelling the extraordinary story of this historic event, using news archives from around the world and NASA footage to recount the event and how it was covered internationally.

Live TV platforms are great because they give you the chance to enjoy TV online, but if you happen to travel abroad, you will need new ways to access them because there are geo-blocks in place. This means that licensing deals prevent platforms from allowing broadcasts to happen outside of the United States. So, you're going to need to subscribe to a VPN service so you can change your IP and you trick the system. Here is what you need to do.
There is a live stream that you can access on BBC America's website, but you're going to need to log in to an account if you want to watch it. In order to do this, you're going to need credentials from your TV provider, which can be cable company or live TV service.
Live TV platforms are great because they give people a new way to enjoy TV. These platforms are much cheaper than cable plans are so you're going to save some money every month. Furthermore, you can quit the subscription whenever you feel like it because there are no contracts involved. Plus, with these platforms, you can start watching your shows wherever you may be when they begin airing without having to rush back home. Let's see what platforms will help you watch BBC America's Moon landing live show.
fuboTV - The first one to make our list is fuboTV, which is a platform that only features one bundle of channels. BBC America is part of the list of networks offered here, so you don't have to add any extra packs unless you really want to. There are quite a few customization options available, including additional packs and premium networks.
Sling TV - We continue with Sling TV, which is a platform that comes with loads of customization options. You start by choosing one of three bundles - Orange, Blue, and Orange + Blue - seeing as BBC America is part of all three. You should know that's your choice will influence the number of simultaneous streams you can enjoy the service on. The orange bundle comes with a single screen to watch on, the Blue bundle comes with three streams, and the Orange + Blue bundle allows subscribers to watch content on up to four devices at once. If you want to customize your platform, you can add loads of channel packs and several premium networks or a la carte channels.
Philo - We also have Philo on the list, which is a platform that only features one bundle that has 58 Channels. Among these channels, you will also find BBC America so you can easily watch moon landing live this weekend. There are no extra packs and no premium networks, so what you see is what you get with this service.
YouTube TV - Another single bundle platform that can help you out is YouTube TV. BBC America is part of the channel list here, which is great because there are no extra packs to add, only premium networks. The service comes with some great features such as unlimited Cloud DVR storage space.
DirecTV Now - We continue with DirecTV Now, which is a service that features seven bundles. Two of them, Plus and Max, were added earlier this year and neither feature BBC America. The other five bundles have been around for a longer time, and you will find BBC America in four of them, namely Entertainment, Choice, Xtra, and Ultimate. If you want to further customize your plan you can add a couple of packs featuring Spanish channels, three packs featuring International channels, and a bunch of premium network.
PlayStation Vue - We conclude our list with PlayStation Vue which is a platform that comes with four bundles to choose from, namely Access, Core, Elite, and Ultra. BBC America is part of all these bundles so you can choose the one that has the rights channel combination or the right price for your needs. There are a couple of packs that you can add here, as well as several premium networks. One of the things we need to mention about PlayStation Vue is that it offers subscribers some really great features at no additional cost, such as enough Cloud DVR storage space for some 500 programs, five simultaneous streams, and a way to watch up to three programs at once on the same screen.
If you're going to miss Moon Landing Live when it airs for the first time on BBC America, you should know that they also have it available on the BBC America website after it is streamed for the first time.
