The creators of the "Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out!" anime series have revealed two new cast members for the upcoming second season! In addition, the staff has also unveiled the title for the second season of the series. The announcement comes via an English-subtitled video and an updated teaser visual.
The first season of the anime series only saw a few members of Uzuki-chan's family. According to the brand new teaser, the rest of the family will get filled out in the upcoming season! The series's second season is titled, Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out! ω, with "ω" pronounced as "double." The new season will air sometime this year.
Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out! is originally a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Take. It has been serialized through Niconico Seiga's Dra Dra Sharp website since December 2017. In North America, the manga is licensed by Seven Seas Entertainment, which publishes the chapters in English.

It has also been confirmed that director Kazuya Miura will return for the second season, which will once again be animated at ENGI alongside the rest of the returning staff members.
