Kyle was the obvious target at the tribal this time because he was the biggest immunity threat. However, Rachel thought it could be a great opportunity to target Sam or Genevieve instead. Sam and Genevieve were resigned to the idea that they might have to depart with the gang, even though they were reluctant to go after Kyle. 

Andy tried to orchestrate voting Genevieve out instead since he wanted to make his mark in this game. Caroline too thought Genevieve would be a smart vote. However, she didn’t want to again betray Sue since Genevieve and Sue had become close. Teeny, on the other hand, knew that Kyle was the correct vote.

As for Kyle, he knew that he was the prime target, so he tried to sway the vote in a different direction. When the votes were read after no idols or advantages were played, Kyle got the most votes with Genevieve and Teeny getting one vote each. So, the one who everyone in Survivor 47 voted out, was Kyle.
