Sling TV has added ten free global news channels to the lineup to expand its global news programming. This includes USA Today and Ukraina 24, a news service based in the war-torn country. It will be available to Sling Free account holders and Sling TV subscribers, who can access these channels to stay updated on what's happening worldwide.

Additionally, users can watch channels like Aaj Tak, Al Arabiya, ARY New, EuroNews, France 24 (English and French), India Today, and TVP World. This move will allow users to view real-time coverage of global events at no additional cost.

Apart from live news, sports, and entertainment channels, you can watch thousands of on-demand shows and films with Sling Free. Some channels included in its offering are ABC News, CBS News, Bon Appétit, The Bob Ross Channel, and Outside TV. You can enjoy all this content on a device of your choice without subscribing to the service.

Earlier this year, the company reported that by the end of 2021, it boasted 2.49 million subscribers. Sling TV packages usually start from $35 per month and include a 3-day free trial. Right now, you can get a $10 discount on the three plans for the first month. The Sling TV app was also recently made available on Amazon Echo 15 devices for customers in the US.
