Presence film: Release date and Where to Watch 

Steven Soderbergh is putting a fresh spin on the haunted house horror genre with Presence. The movie, which follows a family trapped in a house that has a ‘presence’ of its own, is picking up quite the buzz after premiering at the Sundance Film Festival in 2024.

Plot of Presence

Lucy Liu’s Rebekah and Chris Sullivan’s Chris Payne move to a new home after facing multiple issues in life. Their daughter, Chloe (Callina Liang), is trying to move on after the loss of a close friend; and their son, Ty (Eddy Maday), is trying to keep his volatile temper under control. However, their hopes of a fresh start are dashed when they find out that their new home contains an unexplained eerie force that’s testing the bonds of this family.
