Xavier, who once had a strained relationship with Cal, becomes increasingly suspicious of Samantha, leading him to investigate her motives. Meanwhile, Samantha’s mysterious and powerful presence looms over everyone as they try to navigate the complex dynamics of their secluded society.

Episode 3: "The Architect of Social Well-Being"

Episode three of the Paradise show digs deeper into the personal lives of its characters, revealing more about Xavier’s past and his motivations. Xavier confronts Dr. Gabriela Turabi (Sarah Shahi), Cal’s therapist, who was also involved in his own therapy sessions.

Gabriela’s role as the "architect of social well-being" in the town’s new world is brought into sharper focus. She’s instrumental in shaping the psychological landscape of their community, but her loyalty to Samantha and her role in Cal’s death investigation remains unclear.
