What is Next Gen NYC About?

Next Gen NYC is Bravo’s upcoming unscripted series that follows a dynamic circle of 20-something friends — including Real Housewives kids, celebrity offspring, NYC natives, and fresh faces — as they navigate the messy, glamorous, and often chaotic transition into adulthood in the heart of Manhattan. Some were raised by reality TV royalty, while others are carving their own path from the ground up.

According to a press release from Bravo, the series “follows a tangled web of friends raised in the spotlight — or at least close enough for good lighting — as they stumble into adulthood one brunch, breakup and spontaneous decision at a time.”

The network adds, “Whether stepping out of their parents’ shadows or creating their own legacies from scratch, these twentysomethings are determined to conquer Manhattan — if they can figure out how to adult first. Together, they’ll navigate friendships, careers and romance, proving that trouble runs on espresso martinis and questionable decisions.”

Set against the fast-paced backdrop of New York City, Next Gen NYC promises a high-energy mix of ambition, personal drama, and coming-of-age moments — as this next generation dives headfirst into city life and the complicated realities of figuring it all out in front of the cameras.

Who’s in the cast of Next Gen NYC?

Fans can also expect cameos from Bravo icons including Kim Zolciak-Biermann, Kandi Burruss, Teresa Giudice, Meredith and Seth Marks, as well as Brooks’ sister Chloe Marks, who appears as a friend of the cast.

Is There a Trailer for Next Gen NYC?

The Next Gen NYC trailer teases an unfiltered look into the lives of Real Housewives' next-gen stars as they navigate young adulthood in Manhattan—with chaos, confessionals, and confrontation at every turn.

The trailer opens with the group riding a double-decker bus through NYC, only to be hilariously smacked by low-hanging tree branches. Later, Gia Giudice admits she's "petrified" while riding a packed subway, a first for her. And when Brooks Marks mistakes Ben Affleck for Adam Sandler, Ariana Biermann drops the line: “Who the f--- is Ben Affleck?

With friendships tested, money drama exploding, and egos clashing, Georgia perfectly sums it up: “This friend group is honestly a beautiful hot mess.” Brooks also clashes with his mom, Meredith Marks: “You fired me last week,” he says, to which Meredith replies in disbelief, “I don’t know why you say that.”

Family ties don’t spare anyone from drama either. Riley Burruss racks up a massive bill, prompting Kim Zolciak to call Kandi Burruss, who warns, “It better not be on the card I pay for!” Meanwhile, Ava Dash doesn’t hold back on Ariana’s fashion ambitions, saying, “I didn’t think she has the best style for a fashion designer.” Ariana’s response? “Becky with the good hair? I want Ava with the bitch ass attitude.”

But the real drama heats up when the cast starts coming for each other. “You still get money from your dad, 10K a month in allowance,” Georgia McCann throws at Charlie Zakkour. His fiery comeback? “You would not be on this show if it weren’t for me!

With cameos from Bravo OGs and nonstop drama, Next Gen NYC promises to be the messiest, most entertaining ride yet. Check out the trailer below.
