In season seven of the show, the participants quickly form strong and meaningful connections while in the pods. These bonds lead to unexpected and eventful journeys and continue to test the relationships even after the participants leave the pods and enter the real world. Audiences can expect drama, jealousy, love triangles, family conflicts, and much more.
Two sisters are participating in the experiment together for the first time. Season seven's singles are all based in Washington, DC.
Nick and Vanessa Lachey will return to host this social experiment this season.
In an interview, talking about her hosting experience, Vanessa said, "From season 1 to now, we are so far removed from the process, because ultimately, it's their journey. How it's translated now, [we're] allowing those couples to have their own experience and their own journey, and also being realistic with how many successful seasons they've had ... This is actually just a better way to allow them to have their own experience."
The show is produced by Kinetic Content and created by Chris Coelen. Executive producers include Coelen, Ally Simpson, Brent Gauches, Eric Detwiler, and Brian Smith.
