iPhone planned to introduce three new models with 3GB of RAM and long-life batteries

This year, Apple releasing a three new iPhone which is one standard model, one Plus model and a special edition model to celebrate the Apple iPhone's 10th Anniversary.

According to the report by analyst Timothy Arcuri and Cowen and the company, all three models would come with 3GB of RAM. And note that the iPhone 7 sports 2Gb of RAM while the sibling 7 Plus sports 3GB of RAM.

Arcuri's claim based on an analysis of Apple's supply chain, he published a report last month related to the research. The report regarding the new iPhone's memory and storage configuration note that:

In terms of memory/storage configuration, all three models will likely adopt 3GB RAM; the 4.7”/5.5” will likely have the same storage options as the current iPhone 7/7+ in 32/128/256GB while the 5.8” model looks to be only offered in two memory configurations: 64GB and 256GB. Finally, the 5.8” model will likely have extended battery life with two packs of batteries.”

The report claims that the 5.8-inch iPhone come with extended battery life due to the presence of two packs of batteries. The rumor in which similar battery capacity will be on iPhone 7s and 7s Plus.

The special edition iPhone will come in 64 GB and 128 GB configurations while the model 7s and 7s Plus could start at 32 Gb of ROM. Then the iPhone 6s offered 16 GB, it is very low for a flagship nowadays.

Finally, KGI securities Analyst, Ming-Chi Kuo, and Arcuri claim that all of Apple's 2017 iPhones will feature a lightning connector with a USB Type-C connector on the other end for fast charging.
