Google Voice App which had been launched 5 years ago that had nearly millions of download which would make a good alternative for the Standard Voicemail is getting an all new features and Visual Update. Posted on the Google blog today confirms it will be rolling out some significant updates to all the devices will be available on Android, iOS, and the web.
The first thing you’ll notice about the updated Google Voice apps is a cleaner, more intuitive design that keeps everything organized.
Voice is also getting some new features. It now has full support for the group and photo MMS, along with support for Android's new "Direct Reply" feature, which lets you reply directly from the notification panel.
All the conversation stay in one continuous thread, so you can easily see all your messages from each of your contacts in one place. Cool right!!
Voicemail transcription now works for Spanish as well and more accuracy updates will be added.
Google in its blog had mentioned "Going forward, we’ll provide new updates and features to the Google Voice apps. If you currently use Hangouts for your Google Voice communication, there’s no need to change to the new apps, but you might want to try them out as we continue to bring new improvements."
