Natalia Grace’s story has captivated people ever since it became public knowledge. There have been multiple documentaries and docuseries centered around her, like Investigation Discovery’s The Curious Case of Natalia Grace (2023). The latest one is a show called Hulu’s Good American Family. This dramatization stars Grey's Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo in the lead role. 

It has generated a lot of chatter as people are wondering what her true story is. Moreover, viewers who have already watched the premiere episodes want to know where she is now. In this article, we will discuss that. 

Where is Natalaia Grace now?

As per People Magazine, Natalia currently lives with Nicole and Vince DePaul in New York. They have a daughter, Mackenzie, as well. The DePauls also have dwarfism, and they tried adopting Natalia back in 2009 but were denied. 

Natalia is planning to move ahead with her life and has expressed a desire to be a grade school teacher. Since she was homeschooled, she is trying to get her GED. Also, she is learning how to drive. Additionally, she is in therapy and has been diagnosed with PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, and reactive attachment disorder. 

The DePauls have said that they have no plans to adopt her and instead want to guide her so that she can live a fulfilling life. Nicole DePaul said:

“Did she probably do weird things in the past? Yeah. [But] when you take in a child, you take that child as your own. You don’t just get rid of them when they don’t fit into your puzzle.”

Who did Natalia Grace live with After The Barnetts?

After The Barnetts, Natalia Grace went to live with the Manses. She befriended Cynthia Mans in 2013 as they were neighbors. Cynthia invited her into her large family. She had 10 kids and her husband, Antwon Mans, was a Christian pastor. While things were fine initially, problems began when Natalia got involved romantically with Neil, a UK-based man she had met online. 

This allegedly enraged Antwon and he took her phone away. It is also alleged that he prohibited her from contacting Neil. Furthermore, there were accusations that he had threatened Natalia with sexually explicit images and videos. Along with this, neighbors and friends also alleged that the Manses physically abused her. 

In the The Curious Case of Natalia Grace: The Final Chapter, witnesses alleged that they had seen (via People): “The Manses whip Natalia with a belt, slap her in the face, lock her in a room and assault her.”

With the help of her boyfriend Neil, she reached out to Nicole DePaul (a longtime friend) to devise an elaborate escape plan. In late 2023, after a decade of living with the Manses, Natalia left them. Since then, thanks to medical tests including a DNA test, she has been able to reclaim her original birth year of 2003. She said to People magazine:

"It’s been a big learning curve for me. For the most part, I’ve made peace. It is definitely a blessing to be alive today. And there’s nothing I can do to change the past." 

What About Neil, the UK-Based Man She Met?

Natalia has met Neil in person and said that she has fallen in love with him. She also wants to be married and have kids in the future.
