Gionee, a Chinese handset is expected to launch the latest smartphone the Gionee A1 for the Indian market on Tuesday which costs Rs 19,999. Customers can Pre-order for Gionee A1 which starts March 31 on Amazon. The pre-book customers will get a two-year warranty along with either a free JBL headphones or a free swiss military Bluetooth speaker and the available colors are Grey, Black, and Grey.
The Gionee A1 was first unveiled at Mobile World Congress(MWC) in February. They are priced at EUR 349(roughly Rs.24,600) for Gionee A1 and Gionee A1 Plus at EUR 499 (roughly Rs. 35,200).
The Gionee A1 is expected to come with a 4,010mAh battery, and the handsets run on Android 7.0 Nougat with the company's Amigo OS on top.
Gionee A1 features a 5.5-inch FHD IPS display with a resolution of 1980*1080P pixels. And it comes with curved 2.5D Gorilla Glass 3 on top. Additionally, the dual-SIM 4G-LTE Gionee A1 features a 16MP front camera, apart from a 13MP rear camera. It comes with 64GB of inbuilt storage that's expandable via microSD card (up to 256GB).
In contrast, Gionee A1 Plus powered by 4,550mAh battery with the same 18W ultrafast charging mode that can completely top up the battery in 2 hours. As for the selfie aspect, the Gionee A1 Plus has a 20MP front camera and also have a dual rear camera setup, with 13MP and 5MP sensors.
The new handsets A1 Plus comes with a 6-inch full-HD display and run on a MediaTek Helio P25 SoC with 4GB of RAM. The features including 4G, and comes with 64GB of inbuilt storage that's expandable via microSD card up to 256GB.
