Funimation Home Release Schedule 2022: Attack on Titan and More

Funimation, one of the world's largest anime distributors, has announced its new schedule of physical home video releases for fan-favorite anime series, Attack on Titan. It features a bonus-filled limited edition of Attack on Titan Season 4 Part 1's Blu-Ray release.

Attack on Titan season 4 part 1 will be released in a special limited edition containing a 32-page art digibook, five cards featuring art from the series, and three exclusive enamel pins. The Blu-Ray's will also include some bonus material: a panel starring the original voice actors, some BTS features, textless opening, and closing videos, and two episodes of Attack on Titan Chibi Theater.

The Limited Edition bundle will reportedly be made available for $84.99. However, if fans preorder the bundle through Funimation now, they can buy it at a reduced price of $64.73. The set will be released on February 22, 2022.

February will see the Blu-Ray releases of several other popular anime series including My Hero Academia Season 4, which aired from 2019 - 2020. The superhero anime series recently wrapped up its fifth season and is already preparing for its sixth release for this year.

On the other hand, Attack on Titan Season 4 Part 2 has finally begun and is available to stream on Crunchyroll, Funimation, and Hulu. New episodes of the series will release every Sunday until the series reaches its ultimate conclusion.
