AMC Premiere and FX+ join the list of channels offered by fuboTV, making the platform, the first live TV streaming service to offer both channels.
Early last week we reported that fuboTV had silently added FX+ to its channel list and they refused to comment at the time. It looks like they were waiting to add AMC Premiere to the mix before going public.
AMC Premiere can be added as an extra channel, mixing it up with any bundle and any other extra channel pack on fuboTV's offer. It costs $4.99 per month extra to get the channel, but you can watch The Walking Dead episodes before they air, or do a recap by watching full seasons of your favorite AMC shows.
Like we wrote previously, FX+ is also a part of the fuboTV offering now, and it costs $5.99 per month. The channel offers users the chance to watch FX original series, although the best part is probably the fact that you can watch all content without ads. So, theoretically, you'll finish watching the new episode of your favorite show before everybody else watching on TV.
“Premium ad-free offerings like AMC Premiere and FX+ illustrate how fuboTV is able to take advantage of our next-gen platform to bring cord-cutters great content and experiences that many pay-TV providers can’t - or won’t - provide," said fuboTV's Ben Grad, head of content strategy and acquisition.
FX+ is available on only one other live-TV online service, namely on PlayStation Vue, while AMC Premiere can be accessed via YouTube TV.
