What is the plot of Miss Scarlet Season 5?

Why is the Duke Missing from Miss Scarlet?
The Duke's absence in Miss Scarlet season five marks a major shift as William Wellington, played by Stuart Martin, has moved to New York following Martin’s departure. The show has also dropped "The Duke" from its title, now simply Miss Scarlet.
Stuart Martin shared his gratitude for the role, noting it was time for Eliza to explore new stories. Kate Phillips and series creator Rachael New teased exciting changes ahead, including new foes, friends, and romance for Eliza.
