The RIAA Targets eBay & Amazon via a Letter Sent to the US Department of Commerce

Due to high competition in online shopping, eBay offers to deliver the goods in faster and to deliver for safer without any issues.
eBay announced this summer offer on Monday, named ‘Guaranteed delivery’. They focus on their shipping platform that will Guarantee three days or less to deliver your product. If they crossed the deadline, the buyer will refund your payment.
The main goal of introducing this system is to compete world’s No.1 online shopping Amazon because the company Amazon takes short time to deliver their products through its ‘prime offering’ in which 2- day free shipping is available for more than 50 million items sold on the platform.
eBay’s Guaranteed delivery is a little bit late compared to Amazon and UPS because they are working in drone shipping.
According to the report, eBay delivers 63% of goods within 3 days and remaining 67% goods will be sold through the eBay marketplace come with free shipping. Actually, it can’t deliver item faster and not handle the shipment directly.
Now they hope that Guaranteed delivery option will help the user to get their product within three days and this feature will available this summer and achieve huge hit in the marketplace.
The company said, “Today’s shoppers expect fast delivery and exactly know when your item will arrive”.
