Release Date & Where to Watch

The second season of Dora will premiere on Paramount+ on Friday, Sept. 13, 2024, in the U.S., Canada, Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, with more international dates to be announced. It will also debut on Nickelodeon and Nick Jr. starting Monday, Sept. 16, 2024, airing Monday through Thursday for three weeks at 11 a.m. ET and 5 p.m. ET, respectively.

Plot

In season two, fans will reconnect with their favorite characters and meet new ones like Polanco's La Reina. Dora and Boots will face fresh challenges and embark on new adventures. The show highlights that Dora and Boots will navigate tricky obstacles and explore fantastical lands, all while learning valuable lessons through catchy songs and laughter.

The show, based on Dora the Explorer, features Dora (voiced by Diana Zermeño) and her monkey friend Boots (Asher Colton Spence) as they tackle adventures in a vibrant rainforest. They are guided by their talking Map (Anairis Quiñones) and face challenges from the sneaky Swiper (Marc Weiner). Kathleen Herles, the original Dora voice, returns as Dora’s mother.
