Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba's Mugen Train Arc began airing in October 2021 and was followed by the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Entertainment District Arc, which premiered in December 2021, with a one-hour special and is still ongoing. Funimation and Crunchyroll are both streaming Demon Slayer.
Funimation, on Thursday, announced that it will stream all seven English-dubbed episodes of the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Mugen Train Arc, which is Part 1 of the second season. According to the announcement, the episodes are slated to air on Friday, January 21. Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Mugen Train Arc is a seven-episode arc that adapts the Mugen Train film, and it premiered on October 10.
Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba Season 1, based on the manga created by Koyoharu Gotouge, premiered in April 2019 and instantly took the world of anime by storm. The show was then licensed by Aniplex of America and began streaming the series on Hulu, Crunchyroll, and Funimation. Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is also available for watching on Netflix, in India, with new episodes released weekly in Japanese with English subtitles.
The Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Mugen Train began screening in Japan in October 2020. The film topped the box office in Japan for 12 consecutive weeks and became the first film ever to pass the 40 billion yen milestone.
Creator Koyoharu Gotouge's story of Demon Slayer was serialized in Shueisha's Shonen manga magazine Weekly Shonen Jump from February 2016 to May 2020. It has been published in English by Viz Media and simultaneously published by Shueisha on their Manga Plus platform.
