We will keep updating this article with new information as and when they are released. So, stay tuned for new information!

Where and When to Watch Carry On?

Carry-On premieres on Netflix on Friday, Dec. 13, 2025

Pro Tip

If Carry On isn't available in your region on Netflix, you can still watch it by using a reliable VPN like NordVPN. A VPN allows you to change your virtual location, making it appear as though you’re in a country where the movie is accessible. This simple method not only helps you bypass regional restrictions but also ensures your online privacy and security.

What is the plot of Carry On?

Carry-On follows Ethan, a young TSA agent in a race against time as he tries to outsmart a traveler who is blackmailing him into letting a dangerous package on to a Christmas Eve flight. But how is the villain getting him to follow his orders? By threatening to harm his pregnant girlfriend if he doesn’t comply with his instructions.

Director Jaume Collet-Sera, in an interview with TUDUM, revealed that one of the aims of this project was to make it realistic. He said, “We all wanted this to feel incredibly realistic, like the events of this movie could happen to any of us on any given day at any airport.” Collet-Sera’s resume of one-location thrillers includes The Commuter and Non-Stop, apart from Carry On.

He also explained why he loves to set stories in such tightly enclosed spaces. The director said, “Contained environments force us to get to know the movie’s characters very quickly and personally… It’s also a very exciting visual challenge as a filmmaker to come up with creative ways to shoot every inch of a small space and try to make it look different and find new details of the world in each scene.”

Carry On Trailer

The trailer gives a quick look at the stakes as well as scale of the conflict while building curiosity in spades. Ethan and his blackmailer communicate only through an earpiece in the beginning. But they do come face-to-face. Yet that’s only after the latter has trapped Ethan in his web.

“I don’t care what to do to me,” Ethan says but the villain retorts with “Who said anything about you?” With lives at stake, especially of his girlfriend’s, Ethan will have to think fast or he will lose it all. Check out the trailer below:
