Paramount Plus has been around For nearly two weeks, but what we're dying to know is whether or not we can watch the content with our friends. So, let's figure out how to watch Paramount Plus with friends.

Paramount Plus is home to a lot of great content coming from CBS, MTV, Comedy Central, Paramount Network, Paramount Pictures, BET, Smithsonian Channel, and Nickelodeon. With lots of content already on the platform and more to come, we're excited to get to watch a lot of originals, as well as shows we've come to love over the years.

Unfortunately, there's no Watch Party feature on Paramount Plus as of yet. This means it's not possible to throw a watch party and invite your friends from the Paramount Plus app so you can all watch the same thing at the same time.

Features like this are available on other services, like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Facebook, and Disney Plus. They may not have the same name, but they pretty much have the same functionality - you send your friends an invite, they join in, and you all get to watch the video. All recipients need to have an account on the service, and you can all control the playback - while also chatting or reacting to things happening in the video.

As mentioned, Paramount Plus does not come with such a feature as of yet, and it's unclear whether such capabilities will be added later on.

So, if you want to watch Paramount Plus shows and movies with your friends you have about two options.

Some issues may occur while sharing your screen while Paramount Plus is streaming. If you've ever used Zoom, you'll know what those issues are - picture quality is not exactly HD. Also, syncing audio and video can be a big problem here, and you may get delays or jagged streaming. It's not perfect, but it can solve the issue for you, especially if you're adamant about throwing a sort-of-watch-party with your friends.

We would have advised you have your friends over in normal times so you can enjoy some popcorn and a movie together, but given the pandemic, any workaround will do.
