Confirmed villains include Christina Ricci's Selina Kyle/Catwoman, Jamie Chung's Harleen Quinzel/Harley Quinn, and Diedrich Bader's Harvey Dent/Two-Face. Each villain brings a unique background and motive to Gotham City, adding depth to its criminal world.
