Paradise will premiere on Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2025, with three episodes on Hulu. Episodes will drop be released every Tuesday throughout the season’s run. There are a total eight episodes in the first season.
Paradise is set in a close-knit community that is filled with some of the most important individuals in the world, like the President of the United States and his trusted bodyguard. Sterling K. Brown’s Xavier Collins is one of the closest confidante’s of James Marsden’s President Cal Bradford.
He knows top secret information and is part of the inner circle of the man who runs the country. The peace and sense of trust that’s present between these people is soon shattered as the President suddenly gets murdered.
No one knows who committed the crime and so the suspicion falls on the Xavier Collins, whose job was to look after the President. Now, Collins will have to find out what happened to prove his innocence. But it isn’t easy because the paradise full of trusted people might not be who they pretend to be.
In the trailer of Paradise, Xavier Collins is the head of security for President Cal Bradford. Things go haywire when Xavier finds the President dead one morning and he turns out to be the one who had last seen Cal alive. Authorities swarm him and make him take a polygraph test to know if he is telling the truth or lying.
The woman taking the test asks him if a part of him is happy that Cal is dead. Before he can answer, the woman shows him a writing on her palm underneath the eyesight of everyone else watching. “Say Yes” is written on her palm. The entire situation is now even more intriguing and complicated. Check out the trailer below:
