A BreachForums member uploaded a database that they claimed was from the International Criminal Police Organization, Interpol. The cybercriminal using the alias FutureSeeker uploaded medicine records from the ‘relief database’ allegedly from the France-based intergovernmental organization.

The relief database, the BreachForums post stated, included markings, names of officials from member countries, device data, seized drug packages, tablet logos, and the chemical composition of drugs.

The information amounts to 2.6GB and was leaked on February 6.

Such information could help scammers create fake drugs as was disclosed in a report by Interpol.

The legitimacy of FutureSeeker’s claim could not be verified at the moment. We reached out to government officials for a statement and will update this report after receiving a response.

FutureSeeker joined the BreachForums in August 2024 based on the data found on the post screenshot. They recently claimed leaking data allegedly stolen from the Trump Hotels database.

The leaked information included about 165,000 rows from an invitation list from Trump Hotel’s email notifications.

The release of the data for free indicates failure in garnering any response from the victim organizations. A ransomware group threatens a target with their ransom demand.

After being denied payment when they become fully aware that they won’t be able to extort the company, they turn to BreachForums and leak the data for free.

Other scammers may use the information for financial fraud and other crimes using the stolen account credentials, email IDs, contact numbers, card details, etc., to target people with phishing emails, SMS, and calls among other tactics.
