The show has been in the works for a really long time and the first trailer for the show was actually released back in May 2019, which is quite a while ago.
Tommy will premiere on CBS on February 6th and we'll get to watch new episodes every Thursday starting with 10 PM. It's unclear exactly how many episodes the series will have, so we will get more information along the way.
We all spend a lot of time online because it simply makes our lives easier when it comes to accessing the content we love, whether we're talking about shows, movies, comedy, news, or even our friends. One of the best ways that you can watch Tommy is through CBS All Access, which is the network’s own streaming service. There are a couple of subscription options available here, and they are called Limited Commercials and Commercial Free. You will get to enjoy the very same content with both of them, but you get different perks. Start your 7-day free trial on CBS All Access now!
Limited Commercials will cost you less but you'll get to put up with loads of annoying ads, while Commercial-Free will cost a little bit more but you'll get a lot more freedom to simply enjoy your favorite shows. CBS All Access is home to pretty much any show that was created by CBS, as well as movies and a live stream for the network. CBS All Access also works on a wide range of devices so you can enjoy as much content as possible. Download the app for Apple TV, Android TV, Fire TV, Chromecast, Roku, various smart TVs, iOS and Android smartphones and tablets, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and more.
Here's how you can set up your account and start your 7-day free trial on CBS All Access:
Hulu - Another service that will help you watch everything that is available on CBS including Tommy is Hulu, which is a single bundle service. This one will help you enjoy a few dozens of networks, and you can even add extra channel packs or premium networks, depending on how much you want to spend each month. Start your 7-day free trial on Hulu today! When you subscribe to Hulu’s live TV service you'll also get to enjoy the on-demand content that the company has.
fuboTV - Another platform that features CBS is fuboTV, which is a really cool tool that has dozens of networks available in the main bundle. If you want more content, then you can add extra channel packs and premium networks to your subscription rather easily. Start your 7-day free trial on fuboTV today!
Amazon Prime - You will not actually be able to watch CBS through Amazon Prime, but you can add CBS All Access to your subscription. In this way, you'll be able to watch the content through the Prime Video channel app, as well as to pay through the same service. Start your 30-day free trial on Amazon Prime!
Note: CBS is a channel that broadcasts in select markets only, so if you are going to use one of the live TV platforms we mentioned above and notice that the channel is not available for you, it's possible to use a VPN to connect to a server that is located in a different city where the channel is available. You can find out more about this by continuing to read.
When you travel outside of the United States you lose some of the privileges you have at home, starting with the fact that you won't be able to access the platforms that you pay for. This happens because they have to respect licensing deals and cannot allow you to stream content when you are not in the United States. This can be extremely annoying, but it's something that makes sense from a financial point of view and there’s not much you can do about the issue anyway. On the other hand, you can solve the issue yourself by adding a VPN to your collection of apps, which will help you you change your IP address so you appear to be back in the United States.
We can recommend you use ExpressVPN, which is one of the best tools on the market today, with thousands of servers over the world and some great privacy features that will help protect your data from snoopers.
Here's how you can use ExpressVPN to watch Tommy anywhere you go:
Unfortunately, that's not going to be possible because the CBS website no longer features a live stream for you to enjoy. The live stream has been moved exclusively to CBS All Access, so if you want to watch the show live online you will either have to subscribe to CBS All Access or to one of the other live TV platforms we mentioned above, namely fuboTV or Hulu.
CBS continues to broadcast over-the-air, which is pretty cool because it means you can use a TV antenna to watch your favorite shows including Tommy. The TV antennas are cheap to purchase which makes them favorites among the cord-cutters. These devices will allow you to watch dozens of networks for free, which explains their popularity.
Before you buy yourself one of these devices you should check a site like NoCable so you can figure out whether or not what the channel is even available in your location. You will also figure out how far the broadcasting stations around you are, so you will know what range you need your device to have so you can watch as many networks as possible with the device. Make sure to also check the devices we listed above in case any of them have the right features for your household.
This is something that you will be able to do easily because once the show becomes available you will be able to stream the episodes on the CBS website, as well as on CBS All Access.
Absolutely! Not long after the show begins to air on CBS, the episodes will be available to purchase on platforms like Google Play, YouTube, iTunes, Microsoft Store, Amazon Prime, and Vudu. You should make sure to check all the links in case any of them have a better price for you so you get to save some money here and there.
