Now that Disney+ is out, we get to discuss how we're going to watch these awesome shows that they've created and the many others that are to come soon. The first we'll discuss is how we're going to watch The Mandalorian online!
Star Wars fans already know this, but for the ones that are just getting into it - Mandalorians are a fictional race of people that live on the Mandalore planet. They're dressed in head-to-toe armor, with Boba Fett being the best known.

The action in The Mandalorian takes place five years after the events from the Return of the Jedi and follows a bounty hunter beyond the reaches of the New Republic. The show is created, written, and co-produced by Jon Favreau, whom you'll know as Happy Hogan in the Marvel universe. The cast is star-studded too, as you'd expect from a Disney creation, and features Pedro Pascal, Gina Carano, Nick Nolte, Giancarlo Esposito, Bill Burr, and more.
The Mandalorian premiered on Disney+ on November 12th, along with the platform's launch. There will be eight episodes, and we're getting them on a schedule. Disney+ seems to want to stay away from the Netflix manner of releasing shows all in one go, but they're not following the weekly theme either, at least with some episodes. Check the schedule below to know when to start looking for new episodes.
This is a Disney+ original show, so your only option to watch it is by signing up for the brand new platform. The whole thing takes just a few minutes to complete, and it doesn't cost a fortune either. Disney+ offers a simple subscription model that will cost you $6.99 per month or $69.99 per year. US users can also get Disney+ mixed in with Hulu and ESPN+ for $12.99 per month. Start your 7-day free trial on Disney+!
Disney+ has apps for a wide range of devices, including Roku boxes, sticks, and TVs, Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, Chromecast, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and web browsers. (Note: Disney+ has launched in the US, Canada, and the Netherlands, with the launch date for Australia and New Zealand following next on November 19th. That being said, you should check your own account to see whether or not the show is available for you just yet since not all countries get the same content at the same time. )
Here's how you can set up your Disney+ account so you can watch the Mandalorian:
Sorry, but that's a "no." This is a Disney+ exclusive show, so you can only get it here. There's no other channel to watch the show on TV or online, and no other platform to carry the episodes. You can't even find the episodes available to purchase yet, but that doesn't mean there won't ever be. We'll update in case we see them pop up on platforms like Google Play or Vudu.
