Love Hotel premieres Sunday, Apr. 27, 2025, at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo, with eight episodes set to air weekly. Each episode will be available to stream the next day on Peacock.
This spring, love, drama, and second (or third) chances await as Love Hotel checks into the Grand Velas Boutique Hotel in Los Cabos, Mexico. Starring Real Housewives icons Shannon Storms Beador, Luann de Lesseps, and others, the new dating series follows the four women as they take control of their romantic futures—one key at a time.
Each Housewife enters the hotel at a crossroads: Shannon is fresh off a messy breakup and looking to keep things light but open-hearted. Gizelle, now an empty nester, is ready to prioritize romance. Ashley is diving back into the dating pool, hoping to move past her self-proclaimed daddy issues. And Luann, after two divorces, is searching for her next great love—fingers crossed that the third time’s the charm.
Guided by Love Concierge Joel Kim Booster, the ladies will mix and mingle with a pool of successful suitors ready to sweep them off their feet. Throughout their stay, they'll choose which bachelors check in—or out—using the coveted key to the Love Hotel. And when their time in paradise ends, each woman must decide whether to leave solo or coupled up.
With the sun-soaked coast of Cabo as their backdrop, expect plenty of steamy dates, tough choices, and emotional twists—because finding love was never meant to be easy.
Joel Kim Booster, the actor, writer, and comedian, will host Love Hotel as the "Love Concierge." In this role, he’ll guide the ladies through their romantic journey, offering support, asking the right questions, and helping them navigate the highs and lows of dating.
The Love Hotel trailer for episode 1 turns up the heat with a first look at the drama, tension, and unexpected connections coming to this sizzling dating series. And amid all the chaos, Shannon sums it up best, “This isn’t some sex hotel, is it?”—though from the trailer, it might be close.
The ladies are introduced to eight eligible bachelors—and right away, sparks (and shade) start to fly. Joel Kim Booster sets the tone as the “Love Concierge,” cheekily noting, “Their love lives are more disaster movie than rom-com.”
Meanwhile, Ashley wastes no time getting frisky with two guys and shouting “Booty call!” while Luann makes a bold move—slipping into a metallic gold bikini and bringing a suitor back to her room, towel over the camera and all.
Tensions bubble over as Shannon and Gizelle both zero in on Ralph, leading to private dates and some passive-aggressive confessions. “I’m going to be honest with you, Shannon,” Gizelle warns, “Yes, I’m going to take your man.”
But it’s not all steamy pool nights and flirtation. Emotions run high when Shannon breaks down in rollers, saying “I heard him screaming at me,” as the women embrace her in support. Luann fiercely defends her friends, shouting “Don’t touch my girlfriend!” at one of the suitors, while Cynthia Bailey makes a surprise cameo that stirs even more drama. Watch the full trailer below.
In February 2025, Bravo dropped a teaser for Love Hotel, offering a stylish glimpse into the show without revealing much about the cast’s dating lives. Set to background music, the clip shows a perfectly manicured hand ringing a front desk bell, followed by a shot of the pool framed by lounge chairs and a resort building. The teaser ends with a mysterious message hinting that Love Hotel is “coming soon.”

Bravo has not yet revealed the identities of the eight eligible bachelors featured on Love Hotel. However, host Joel Kim Booster offered the women a cheeky tease about the group, saying, “They’re all established, they’re successful, they’re all hung like Bolo.” (via Trailer)
Love Hotel was filmed in September 2024 at the luxurious Grand Velas Boutique Hotel in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico (via 4Filming). The resort’s stunning ocean views serve as the dramatic backdrop for all the romance, chaos, and emotional twists the dating show promises.
The series is produced by Shed Media, with executive producers Lisa Shannon, Dan Peirson, Trifari Williams, and Tom Ciaccio.
