Yes, two of this season’s bakers hail from North Jersey. 

• Alma Dhuyvetter, 57, from Hardyston in Sussex County, is a Health and Wellness coordinator at the Sussex County YMCA, as well as a hot rod builder and racer inspired by her mother’s baking. 
• Joining her is Christopher Daken-Stefanski of Sparta, a tech coordinator, art teacher, and bowling coach at Wallkill Valley Regional High School. Known for his bold look and big heart, Christopher started baking seven years ago and finds joy in both teaching and being a dad to his daughter, Clementine.
