A man from the San Fernando Valley Jose Henry Ayala Casamiro was arrested by the FBI on federal criminal complaints for the possession of child pornography among other crimes. Casamiro, 28 allegedly exploited children for sexual online content being a member of a violent network with malicious intent.
The children were also compelled into acts of self-harm for the online network known as “764.” Innocent children were threatened to engage in ‘degrading sadistic acts,’ experience torture sessions, carve the abusers' initials or names on their bodies, and eventually encouraged to commit suicide.
After he appeared in federal court in the Central District of California on April 3, 2025, Casamiro from Los Angeles County Valley was ordered to jail without bond.
Among the chargers, Casamiro has been accused of forcing minors to produce child sexual abuse material (CSAM). He was part of a group that blackmailed underage girls to indulge in sexual activities for creating child pornographic videos.
The criminal complaint against Casamiro stated that he was seen in four videos ordering girls to perform sexual acts. It also noted that in a March 2020 photo, victims were seen with carvings of the name ‘Henry’ on their right forearm.
Fresh complaints lodged in February and March 2025 allege that Casamiro accessed new servers that were created as a ‘grooming pool’ for underage girls including two minor students from the public school district in Colorado.
The case is under investigation by the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force.
764 is a network handled by nihilistic violent extremists who participate in online sexual crimes against children intending to ‘accelerate the downfall of the current world order’, including the U.S. government, read a US DoJ press release published on April 4.
“Members of 764 work in concert with one another towards a common purpose of destroying civilized society through the corruption and exploitation of vulnerable populations, including minors,” the press release further added.
In recent incidents, a California man was sentenced to over 24 years for operating CSAM websites and distributing, and possessing child pornography. In another incident, a Minnesota man was convicted for advertising and distributing CSAM on the dark web in 2024.
