Hyper Knife follows Jung Se-ok. Once a renowned and celebrated neurosurgeon, she has now been reduced to praticising in an underground surgery clinic. Betrayed and expelled by her former mentor, Choi Deok-hee, Jung Se-ok has to live a hidden clandestine existence as a doctor.
With a thirst for pushing the envelope regarding groundbreaking and yet ethically questionable medical procedures, Jung Se-ok is torn between the moral implications of her actions and her personal ambitions.
But things will change for her when fate will bring them together again. Their reunion, intense and full of unspoken words, will be dramatic and it will challenge their personal and professional boundaries. Will Jung Se-ok be thirsty for revenge? And who will come out on top this time?

A teaser trailer has dropped and it shows Deok-hee mentoring Se-ok as a doctor. She is a top student, but as the trailer states, there is something off about her. Sharp beats of the background music support the emotionless and almost-psychopathic looks that Se-ok gives.
