Disney has released a brand-new trailer for Amor Da Minha Vida or Benefits with Friends, a Latin American romcom that offers a quirky look at the lives of two best friends. Bia and Victor are polar opposites and in different relationships. But when a new man enters Bia’s life, will that change how Victor feels for her?

The series promises to bring comedy and light-heartedness this holiday season as it shows that friendship is a form of love. However, for Bia and Victor, there might be something more brewing as neither has found their soulmate. But maybe they are looking for something that is right beside them.

Benefits with Friends will be released on Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2025, on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+ in the United States, and on Disney+ internationally.

What is Benefits with Friends About?

Benefits with Friends or Amor da Minha Vida is a Brazilian romantic comedy series that follows two friends, Bia (Bruna Marquezine) and Victor (Sérgio Malheiros). They go on a coming-of-age journey trying to find the love of their lives. 

While Victor is in a boring relationship, Bia skips from one relationship to the other. She is also a part-time actor who keeps getting rejected for roles due to her low social media count. Her one solace in life is Victor, who she keeps depending on. 

Whether they find their soulmates or not, the two encounter different people and go through these experiences together. Also, along the way, they share their dreams, secrets, misunderstandings, and more with each other. 

The series offers a light-hearted exploration of friendship and love, all the while examining the relentless pursuit many have of finding their soulmate. But for Bia and Victor, that person might have always been around.
