Harlem Ice is directed by Tomasz Konecki and Iwona Ogonowska-Konecka, with a screenplay by Hanna Węsierska and Karolina Szymczyk-Majchrzak. The show is produced by Magdalena Szwedkowicz under MAG Entertainment, featuring cinematography by Tomasz Madejski and music composed by Paweł Lucewicz. Filming took place in Sonsk, Gasocin, Warsaw, and Serock in Mazowieckie, Poland.
