In the season two trailer of "Mo," we find Mo Najjar stranded in Mexico for six months, eagerly awaiting his asylum hearing in Houston. He confides, "Look, I'm Palestinian. And I got an asylum hearing coming up in Houston that I've been waiting for for 22 years." 

Upon his return, Mo faces new challenges, including a rival who threatens his relationship with Maria and his cherished falafel taco recipe. He confronts Maria, asking, "Why didn't you tell me Maria was dating someone else?"

Behind the Scenes

Filmed in Houston, Texas, Mo is an award-winning comedy series created by comedians Mo Amer and Ramy Youssef. The show, co-created and executive produced by Amer and Youssef, comes from Netflix and A24. The final season is executive produced by A24’s Harris Danow and returning director Solvan “Slick” Naim.
