Everything we know About Ali in Me- The new Audio Series based on Muhammad Ali

Muhammad Ali’s life will be honored in a new audio series called, Ali in Me, and it will feature special guests like Mike Tyson, Will Smith, and more. The boxer was known for his punches and activism. Over the years, his life has been explored in multiple forms of media, and now the late boxer’s wife, Lonnie Ali, will share personal moments about him in a new podcast. 

Announced on his 83rd birthday, the audio series will explore his career, life, activism, diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease, and more. Want to know the release date of the podcast? Release date and Where to Listen

Ali in Me will debut on Thursday, Jan. 23, 2025, on Audible. It will have eight episodes. In total it will be 3 hours and 31 minutes long. 

Who will host Ali in Me?

Lonnie Ali and John Ramsey, the boxer’s close friend, will host the new Ali in Me audio series. 

What will Ali in Me be About?

The eight-part series, Ali in Me, will explore Muhammad Ali’s legacy and the impact he left on the boxing world. The boxer fought, won, and defended the heavyweight championship in fights with George Foreman, Sonny Liston, and Joe Frazier. 

The podcast will also delve into how he fought injustice while fighting in the ring. Additionally, the audio series will also feature never-before-heard audio from the man himself. Lonnie Ali and Ramsey will also offer their personal opinions on the world-famous boxer and share their recollections of moments and memories with him. 

Lonnie Ali said about the audio series (via AP), “It brings him back into the forefront of America’s collective consciousness at a time when our country is really experiencing increased polarization, divisiveness and toxic discourse.” 

She also said, "You can put his words in text, write them out, but when you hear them come from the man himself, it’s a truly powerful delivery of his message. That’s what I love about it." Muhammad's widow also hopes that people will be inspired to follow in “Muhammad’s footsteps and understand the impact he continues to have — not just when he was alive, but that he still has today.”
