Daredevil: Born Again First Trailer: All Villains and Heroes who Appear Revealed!

After a long wait, the trailer of Daredevil: Born Again is finally here! And it’s full of surprises. Expected characters like Vincent D'Onofrio's Wilson Fisk return and adding to it, there are a bunch of new characters as well. In this article, we will reveal which villains and heroes were seen in the trailer.

All the Villains who Appear in Daredevil: Born Again Trailer

These are the villains we saw in the trailer for Daredevil: Born Again:

1. Wilson Fisk/ Kingpin: Vincent D'Onofrio will return as the crime boss Wilson Fisk, aka Kingpin. He will start as the newly elected mayor of New York. The actor has already appeared in Hawkeye and Echo. It’s possible that as the mayor, he will launch an anti-vigilante agenda, which might lead into the Devil's Reign comic arc. 

2. Vanessa Fisk: Ayelet Zurer returns as Vanessa Fisk, Kingpin’s wife and someone who definitely looks like she will dip her toes in some way in her husband’s work. 

3. Frank Castle/ Punisher:  Jon Bernthal is reprising his role as Frank Castle in the MCU after spending 2 seasons on the Netflix Daredevil show. While the Punisher is more of an anti-hero rather than an outright villain, he is definitely a thorn in the side of the lead hero. After all, he uses a hatchet to attack Murdock in the trailer. 

4. Muse: The serial killer Muse is expected to be Daredevil’s main rival this season. In the comics, Muse is an artist who brutally kills his victims and transforms their bodies into horrific art.

5. Bullseye: The trailer shows that Wilson Bethel’s Benjamin "Dex" Poindexter will be arrested and sent to jail. In season 3 of the Netflix show, he attacked Daredevil on behalf of Kingpin. But after suffering spine damage, he underwent experimental surgery and became Bullseye. 

Along with these villains, the trailer also shows that Matt Murdock will be facing off against a bunch of robbers and goons as well. 

All the Heroes who Appear in Daredevil: Born Again Trailer

1. Matt Murdock/ Daredevil: Matt Murdock takes on the criminals of New York City's Hell's Kitchen area in the trailer. We see that he and Fisk form an alliance to face a new threat, which will probably be Muse. 

2. White Tiger: In the trailer, we see one shot of White Tiger. It hasn’t been confirmed yet what kind of ally the character will be to Matt Murdock. But in the comics, White Tiger is a superhero and it’s possible that it will stay the same in the show. 

Daredevil: Born Again will premiere on Tuesday, Mar. 4, 2025, on Disney+.
