Grafted follows Wei, a shy and introverted Chinese scholarship student who moves to New Zealand for medical research at a prestigious university. Wei harbors deep insecurities about her facial birthmark, which leads her to be ostracized by her popular cousin Angela and her social circle.
Determined to change her fate, Wei immerses herself in her late father's groundbreaking skin grafting research, hoping to eliminate her deformity.

Grafted is directed by Sasha Rainbow, with production companies Propaganda, FluroBlack, and Head Gear Films. Filming took place in Auckland, New Zealand, with Murray Francis and Leela Menon producing, and Fraser Brown serving as executive producer among others. Mister Smith Entertainment is handling worldwide sales.
