Plot
Gracie, a real estate developer, faces a challenge when she discovers that local families hold one-foot deeds to her newly purchased Christmas tree farm. With her development plans at risk, she teams up with Jack, a local historian, to track down the families who possess these deeds and convince them to relinquish them. Together, they embark on a heartwarming journey to solve the puzzle and make Gracie's dream project a reality.
