2024 Renewed & Canceled TV Shows: Which Titles are Coming back?

Some of the most disappointing cancelations include NCIS: Hawai’i (which was the first NCIS spinoff with a female lead), Prime Video's My Lady Jane, and the popular Disney+ series Star Wars: The Acolyte. More upsets include Our Flag Means Death canceled by Max after two seasons; Schmigadoon canceled by Apple TV+ after two seasons despite season three being written; Tom Selleck's police family drama Blue Bloods ending; Taylor Sheridan's Yellowstone ending with the final episodes of its fifth season, and more.

On the other hand, here's a bit of good news — several fan-favorite titles have been renewed for another season. These include a much-anticipated third season of HBO's House of the Dragon; ABC comedy series Abbott Elementary renewed for a fourth season; long-running medical drama Grey's Anatomy; the CW drama series All American renewed for season seven; FX dramedy series The Bear; and Prime Video's The Boys, among others.
