With Christmas just around the corner, Disney Plus is preparing to have us thoroughly entertained with a brand new Pixar movie called Soul. This one will come at no extra price for subscribers. Let's see how we can watch Soul on Disney Plus!
With the messed up situation we're all in due to Covid-19 and the inability to go to theaters to watch new movies, Pixar is releasing the upcoming Soul straight to Disney Plus.
Since Pixar films are always special, this one isn't any different. We're getting a story about human connection and finding one's place in the world.
Soul has us following the experiences of Joe Gardner, a middle-school band teacher that has an insatiable passion for music. When he has an accident, his soul ends up in a special place where souls receive the features they take with them into life on Earth.
Looking for a way to get back to Earth, he takes along another friend he made there and they escape. Since souls can't just be running around, a new adventure begins.
Soul will be premiering on Disney Plus on December 25th. New content is usually added after midnight on Disney Plus, so you won't have to wait for a specific time beyond the changing of the day.
Soul will be landing on Disney Plus soon enough, and we're eager to watch the movie. For this, we'll all need to have an active Disney Plus subscription.
Endless entertainment from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic. Always ad free. Download and Go. Stream Anywhere, Anytime. Exclusive Originals. Sign Up Now. Classic Favorites.
Disney Plus costs $6.99 per month and $69.99 per year, but the price will go up by $1 per month and $10 per year next March. There's also the subscription for the bundle that includes ESPN+ and Hulu for $12.99 per month that you can get.
Disney Plus offers users access to a ton of Disney content from over the decades, Pixar movies and shorts, Marvel and Star Wars, as well as National Geographic. Plus, they have a lot of originals already out and more to come.
You can watch Disney Plus on iOS and Android smartphones and tablets, Apple TV, Android TV, Fire TV, Chromecast, and so on.
Unfortunately, given the current situation, Soul will not be going into theaters. Also, you won't be able to stream it on another platform since Pixar movies are offered via Disney Plus only. Purchasing the movie may be possible at one point, but it's unclear when. Furthermore, paying for the subscription will likely be cheaper and give you more content to enjoy.
